Sberbank says no plans to buy O’Key in own interests

MOSCOW, Apr 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank does not plan to buy retailer O’Key Group in own interests, a spokesperson for the bank told PRIME on Thursday.

Reuters reported earlier on Thursday citing sources that Sberbank is holding talks over buying O’Key Group and expects to sell it on to another investor.

“Sberbank does not plan acquisition of retailer O’Key in own interests,” the representative said.
